Aerial dance combines dance techniques with acrobatic elements performed on aerial apparatuses like silks or hoops, suspended in the air.
No prior experience is necessary! Our classes are designed for beginners as well as those with dance or fitness backgrounds.
Wear comfortable, form-fitting clothing that covers your legs and underarms to protect your skin. Avoid loose clothing and jewelry.
We prioritize safety by using high-quality equipment, soft crash mats, and trained instructors who teach proper techniques and spotting.
Consistency is key! We recommend attending classes at least once or twice a week to build strength, flexibility, and technique.

Our adult classes are designed for participants aged 18 and over. We also offer kids classes for younger students.

Most of our classes are around 60 minutes long, allowing time for a warm-up, skill practice, and cool-down.
